We are hiring a Junior Marketing Analyst (apprentice/stage) to join the Marble team and support our recruitment and marketing activities.
You will work directly with senior team members, Partners, and brilliant founders on a mission to turn the tide on the climate crisis. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between developing cutting-edge climate technologies and effectively communicating their impact to our target audiences.
You will also gain exposure to the journey of building startups, including thesis development, venture building, and founder support.
Location: Paris.
Language: English fluency, French fluency is preferred.
Contract Type: Apprenticeship (Contrat d’Apprentissage) or Internship (Stage). Please keep in mind that candidates eligible for apprenticeship will be prioritised.
Duration: 12 months for apprenticeship, 6 months for internship
Start date: September 2025
Responsibilities
The Junior Marketing Analyst internship is focused on four main pillars:
- Video Production & Content Creation: You'll create marketing visuals using Canva (Figma and Adobe PS experience is a plus), repurpose long-form video content into high-impact, viral-ready video content, with strong expertise in editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve or After Effects. You'll support us in maintaining our digital asset library (photos, videos, templates, brand materials) and will monitor news in relevant sectors for content opportunities.
- Marketing Campaigns and Analytics: You will support the launch and optimisation of targeted paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X. You'll maximise deliverability through backend optimisation on our website by implementing effective SEO strategies. You'll analyse marketing performance data and maintain comprehensive KPI dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
- Inbound and Outbound Talent Acquisition: You will support us in optimising Marble's talent pipeline by ensuring seamless coordination between our outbound marketing efforts and CRM systems while maintaining tracking metrics and building targeted lists to strengthen our reach. Your focus would be on enhancing Marble’s visibility by optimising job postings across platforms, establishing presence in qualified forums and communities (Slack channels, LinkedIn groups), and benchmarking lead management tools.
