About Marble

Marble is a climate tech venture studio. We partner with scientists, engineers and operators to create companies solving hard climate problems in the world's largest industries.

Our first 12 companies are building transformative products across energy, industry, agriculture and climate resilience. 100% have been successful in raising follow-on to date. We are looking to partner with exceptional individuals to create our next venture.

About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Business & Data Ops Analyst to join Marble and help us build the engine behind venture creation - designing AI-systems, automating workflows, and accelerating how we source talent, validate ideas, and support founders.

Reporting to our Programme & Platform Lead, you'll collaborate closely with Partners, team members, and our Founders in Residence. You'll contribute to early-stage company validation by building tools for research automation, deploying sourcing campaigns at scale, enriching ecosystem intelligence, and creating the AI-powered processes that help the studio move faster.

This internship is fast-paced, technical, and execution-heavy. You'll get hands-on experience building AI-systems, designing workflows, validating deep-tech ventures, and shipping tools that directly accelerate Marble's venture creation, while actively contributing to the next wave of climate companies

  • Location: HQ in Paris, Station F.

  • Language: English fluency required, French is a plus.

  • Period: 6-month internship starting early May 2026

Responsibilities

This internship is built around four high-impact pillars:

  • Platform & Studio Ops. You’ll help design and build processes to accelerate the venture creation: spotting opportunities to improve systems, supporting the creation/improvement of tools to validate ideas, and ensuring founders have what they need to move fast.

  • Founder & Expert Sourcing. You’ll support outbound sourcing of potential founders and technical experts using or creating the best workflows on the market. You’ll help translate research into founders’ archetypes, identify non-evident founder traits, enrich profiles, and launch automated campaigns. Likewise, you’ll help us identify the best ecosystems, decision makers and potential customers to validate technical ideas, business models and get commercial traction.

  • Ecosystem Intelligence. You’ll support early-stage whitespace validation by providing high-quality data on the market. This includes sourcing relevant data to the competitive landscape (e.g. companies, patents, reports, scientific articles, thesis, investors, etc) and providing deep data analysis for supporting validation of the projects.

  • AI-systems & Tools. You’ll design and deploy your own AI-systems at small and large scales. This includes processes directly related to the 3 pillars above and others’ team workflows. You’ll also evaluate and bring existing software that makes us faster and better. You’ll test new ideas, run experiments, and scale what works.

Requirements

This internship is ideal for a technical student (builder) with a deep interest in AI-systems, venture creation, and climate tech.

We’d especially love to hear from you if:

  • You think in systems and love to build. You are currently studying engineering, computer science, data science, data analysis, software, business, management, or related - but what matters is that you see patterns, design workflows, and want to get your hands dirty building solutions. Bonus points if you've shipped real work in startups, VCs, accelerators, or tried building your own thing.

  • You're comfortable with code and AI tooling. Python is a strong plus, whether you're writing scripts to automate workflows, building multi-agent systems, or scraping data. No need to be a senior developer, but you should be excited to learn, debug, and deploy. "Vibe coders" who ship working prototypes are welcome.

  • You're fluent in modern work tools. Notion, Slack, Airtable, Clay, Lemlist, Exa, Claude Code, Cursor, VSC and similar platforms should feel like second nature.

  • You can dive into complexity and extract what matters. You're comfortable translating complex science into action, even when the domain is unfamiliar.

  • You're AI-fluent and eager to experiment. You see AI as a tool to scale intelligence and execution.

What We Offer

  • €1,500 monthly internship stipend

  • Office in central Paris

  • 5 days off for 6-month internships in August

  • Meal vouchers (Swile), 50% transport refund

  • Exposure to our network of top founders, investors, and advisors

  • High ownership, rapid learning curve, and meaningful scope

  • A chance to help build climate companies
