Overview:

At Measurabl, the Sustainability Reporting Specialist is a member of the Professional Services Team who collaborates closely with all departments, including Sales, Product and Marketing. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to work for a mission-driven organization. The Sustainability Reporting Specialist also serves as the internal subject matter expert on city, state, and agency compliance ordinance requirements and deadlines.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Populating ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager with annual utility data and performing quality assessments to ensure accurate and on-time reporting to comply with annual deadlines.

  • Coordination with participating utility companies to execute and organize utility data requests

  • Provide technical support on multiple large scale sustainability reporting projects with national enterprise partners

  • Communication with clients, partners, and energy service providers on submission requirements, status and data requests

  • Serve as our clients’ trusted advisor by effectively communicating submission requirements and providing actionable insights

  • Become a subject matter expert to support team members with compliance related requests and questions

  • Identify ways to improve processes and reports; communicate resource needs effectively to improve team productivity

Education & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience working in a reporting or data management role

  • Experience with Portfolio Manager, energy reporting or a company focused on data/analytics

  • Interest in energy efficiency, real estate, mortgage lending, utility or building management, sustainability, power sectors, a plus

  • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above
