What is the purpose of the role?

You will support bioprocess development activities in daily operations, perform technical troubleshooting of equipment, and documentation of raw data.

What are your key responsibilities?

Housekeeping and organization of the lab based on 5s principles.

Participating in a rota on a routine basis for preparation of medium, buffers, solutions and aliquots for various sizes of experiments.

Perform routine small to large scale upstream and downstream processes, such as sampling and monitoring processes.

Primary data processing of the experiments you supported.

Bioreactor and bioprocess related equipment preparation, maintenance, and calibration.

Our ideal future team member

At least laboratory or cell culture technician by vocation (not necessarily with a University education).

Proven experience with aseptic technique is a must.

Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture techniques is highly desirable.

Experience working with bioreactors is a plus, not a must.

Eye for detail and passionate about organization.

Ability to multi-task and to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

A hardworking, flexible, and dedicated team-player. Willingness to work, occasionally, outside of a 9-5 schedule, including potential weekend work.

Excellent in documentation and registration.

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Clear communication.
