About the role
Muon seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the interview process. This hybrid role is based out of our San Jose, CA office, requiring on-site attendance 3 to 4 times per week, with occasional travel to our Mountain View, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, including virtual and on-site meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the interview process
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), including accurate candidate records, job descriptions, interview plans and postings
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to drive an efficient, organized hiring process
- Manage interview logistics such as booking rooms, setting up video links, and handling travel arrangements when applicable
- Greet and support candidates during on-site interviews, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Support broader recruiting efforts including headcount tracking, reporting, and sourcing
- Help coordinate recruiting events and internal sourcing jams
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance candidate experience and team operations
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or similar role in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs), Slack, and Greenhouse
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating complex interview schedules across multiple time zones and seniority levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

Salary
The salary range for this role is $89,000 - $99,000, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location as assessed during the interview process.
