Job Summary
MycoWorks is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage key sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and coordination with clients and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As part of the Commercial team in Paris, this position will report directly to the SVP of Sales and Business Development and will collaborate heavily with other MycoWorks offices and departments.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage sales data, customer accounts, and orders in D365 (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Generate purchase orders, invoices, and returns, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Act as a liaison between accounting, logistics (MWSP), and clients to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding shipments, order status, and issue resolution
- Oversee e-commerce traffic, including order processing, client inquiries, and coordination with MWSP
- Support the sales team with inventory reports and order tracking
- Provide regular sales and inventory reports to assist decision-making
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal sales procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration, order management, or a related field
- Proficiency in D365 (Microsoft Dynamics) or similar ERP/CRM systems
- Strong understanding of sales processes, invoicing, and logistics coordination
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus
