What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a User Experience (UX) Researcher with a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to drive user insights that inform and enhance our product experiences. You’ll be passionate about clean, sustainable products and thrive in a dynamic, early-stage environment. In this role, you’ll collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and other teams to conduct research that identifies user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Your work will directly impact our design and development processes, ensuring a seamless, research-driven user experience across our product portfolio.
In This Role, You Will:
Research Leadership: Lead UX research initiatives to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, shaping the design and development of Novi Connect’s products.
Mixed-Methods Research: Conduct a range of qualitative and quantitative studies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, and A/B testing.
Collaboration with UX Design & Product: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate research insights into actionable design and product recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Present research findings to stakeholders at all levels, advocating for a user-centered approach and ensuring that insights drive decision-making.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Synthesize user research findings with analytics and market insights to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
User-Centered Prototyping & Testing: Assist in the development and testing of prototypes, ensuring usability and alignment with user needs. Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate prototyping and streamline the testing process.
Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up-to-date on UX research best practices, tools, and industry trends to improve research methodologies and processes at Novi Connect.
About You
4+ years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or related fields.
Strong understanding of research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, journey mapping, and behavioral analytics.
Experience conducting research for B2B, enterprise workflow, data, and/or AI-powered products is a plus.
Proficiency in research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
Experience using AI-powered design tools to create prototypes and improve user research workflows.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present research insights clearly and persuasively.
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments and collaborating across multiple teams.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and drive research initiatives while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for sustainability and our mission to create trustworthy consumer products.
Experience working with or contributing to design systems is a plus.
Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Base Salary Range
$100,000 - $160,000 USD Annual Salary
