The existing product line is in the process of being expanded in new development projects as well as a global application-scaling of existing designs. For this expansion, we are looking experienced Production Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team at nuventura.

Are you looking to gain practical industry experience and apply the theoretical knowledge you've acquired during your academic studies? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Intern to join our team for 6 months during a mandatory internship and support quality assurance and testing activities. The intern (f/m/x) will assist in monitoring production processes, inspecting products, analyzing data, and ensuring that our products meet required quality standards. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality control, compliance, and process improvement.

What will you be responsible for?

• Assist in quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Perform testing and analysis to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications.
• Document and report quality issues, findings, and recommendations.
• Work with the quality team to resolve non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in maintaining quality control records, reports, and documentation.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Participate in internal audits, process reviews, and quality improvement projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to maintain quality control practices.

What do you need to bring into the company?

• Pursue a degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred), Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles, testing methods, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) or quality management systems (QMS) is a plus.
• Previous coursework or internship experience in quality control/assurance is an advantage.
