Regional Sales Manager - EV Charging (Multifamily)

Our focus on the multifamily space ensures that residents and property owners have access to cutting-edge and user-friendly charging infrastructure. You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with property managers, real estate professionals, and other key stakeholders. In addition to direct sales efforts, you will be responsible for activating and managing channel partners, specifically electricians and other installers. - Territory Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned region, with a primary focus on multifamily properties.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts, property management companies, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Drive customer acquisition efforts through a combination of inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in multifamily properties, understanding their unique needs and pain points.
- Solution Presentation:
- Effectively present our EV charging solutions, highlighting key features, benefits, and the positive impact on property value and sustainability.
- Conduct product demonstrations and address client inquiries.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client onboarding.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our EV charging solutions and how they align with the requirements of multifamily properties.
- Communicate the value proposition effectively to clients and prospects, addressing technical aspects and benefits.
- Channel Partner Activation and Management:
- Identify and onboard electricians and other installers as channel partners, ensuring alignment with company values and standards.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and communication to channel partners to drive mutual success.
- Market Research and Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
- Customer Success and Retention:
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of clients.
- Develop retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for proptech, sustainability, and electric mobility.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales
