We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our team. Part of a cross-functional team, you will lead a team of developers and work closely with the Product team to help us on our mission to building Europe’s best energy management platform. Utilizing your existing leadership skills, you will develop modern APIs and automate workflows.

What you'll be keeping busy with
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them in making architecture and technology decisions that align with the company's goals.
Software Development: Lead by example, design and implement software solutions. Write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
People Management: Mentor and support the development and growth of the team whilst driving collaboration. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure achievement of team goals.
Architectural Design: Collaborate and facilitate tech-stack decisions and processes to design a scalable renewable energy management platform with cutting-edge technologies.
Project Planning: Participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Curious Mindset: We are agile, renewables are evolving quickly which means so are we. Explore the integration of our new product lines such as smart meters, electric vehicle (EV) charging, and more.
Problem Solving: Technical challenges are given, identifying potential challenges and pro-actively finding suitable solutions.
Your profile
Minimum 6+ years experience with Software Engineering.
You have 2+ years experience in leadership and/or mentoring.
You have 3+ years experience with Typescript and/or Python.
Comfortable with AWS services.
Experience designing APIs.
Experience with Relational Databases.
Working with CI/CD automation workflows (Docker, GitHub Actions).
Experience in high code quality, unit testing, integration testing and E2E testing.
Comfortable with greenfield projects.
Clear communication and fluency in English.
Nice to have
Experience with third-party API integrations, e.g. Enode.
Experience working on an energy-related project.
