The Employee Operations Specialist will own and execute core HR operations in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless employee experience while maintaining strong compliance across all HR processes. You will work directly with the HR Director and serve as the primary point of contact for employees across onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR operations. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and opportunity for growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Benefits, Leave & Payroll Support
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Recruiting & HR Programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, or combination of education & experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, HR support, or related role
  • Working knowledge of HR processes (benefits, onboarding, compliance)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to HR compliance (I-9, leave administration, audits)
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Familiarity with payroll processes
