What you’ll do
We’re hiring a Product Ops Director to join our small but mighty team as we build the platform needed to decarbonize manufacturing and the built environment. We're seeking a visionary leader who can transform complex operational challenges into elegant, scalable solutions that empower our teams to deliver exceptional results. You’ll sit at the intersection of process, people, and product, and need to leverage all 3 to solve some of Pathways’ thorniest challenges.
We are building a team of passionate problem-solvers and empowering them to build extraordinary products. You'll be the driving force behind our onboarding strategy, shaping how we operate and deliver value to our customers quickly and at scale. This is a hands-on role that requires creative flexibility, passion for problem-solving, deep technical expertise, and a drive to help bring the manufacturing industry into the 21st century.
In particular, you will:
Design, implement, and lead a streamlined and delightful customer onboarding experience
Build and nurture a culture of operational excellence, emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement
Develop metrics and reporting systems that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Partner with the founders and product team to identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions

Natural leader with a proven track record of building and optimizing operational structures

Who is this for
7-10 years of progressive experience in product, operations, or related field
Track record of successfully implementing and scaling operational systems
Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
History of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Proven ability to influence without direct authority
