We're seeking a Marketing Operations Sr Analyst to join our team based in Madrid or remote from Spain.
Part of the Marketing Operations function, the Marketing Technology & Infrastructure team at Enverus supports the delivery of revenue growth by defining, deploying and optimizing marketing platforms, integrations, data governance and user enablement across the technology stack.
Combining a deep understanding of modern Martech platform administration, automation and data with experience supporting account-targeted go-to-market motions, an innovative spirit and a drive to deliver change, the Operations Analyst ensures the optimal performance of our Marketing tools and enables the team to leverage the latest technologies to exceed our goals.
Performance Objectives
  • Platform Deployment & Management: Deploy, maintain and optimize designated Martech platforms, integrations and automations to support go to market motions.
  • Data Hygiene: Continually review, clean and enrich marketing prospect data, improving accuracy, completeness and formatting.
  • Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with vendors to understand & deliver platform roadmaps, feature enhancements and optimizations as identified.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing teams (Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Web & Digital, Marketing Operations), RevOps, Business Development and Sales to identify and deliver process & platform enhancements.
  • Technology Support: Provide technical support to Marketing team in use of designated platforms.
  • Platform Documentation: Create and maintain platform and process documentation for designated Martech integrations and workflows.
  • Platform Enablement: Develop and deliver platform enablement training across the Marketing team.

Competitive Candidate Profile

  • Expertise and experience in the deployment and administration of platforms across the Martech landscape, such as: Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, ABM (6sense or Demandbase), Lead Routing (LeanData), Data Hygiene & Enrichment (Cloudingo, ZoomInfo, Cognism).
  • Understanding of/experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) or similar. Experience in building segments within Data Cloud leveraging Unified Account and Unified Individuals and Activating segments via the Data Cloud connections with 3rds party ad platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model across marketing execution and the revenue funnel, from inbound lead management, lead assignment, campaign delivery & attribution, to engagement history, opportunities, account and contact management.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce Flow for process automation or Agentic workflows via Agentforce.
  • Experience building metrics, reports & dashboards in platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CRM Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Intelligence, or Microsoft PowerBI. Basic knowledge of SQL an asset but not required.
  • Management of marketing data quality and governance processes, including ongoing data hygiene assessment, account and lead heath scoring and improvement.
  • Ability to build and deliver platform enablement programs, including documentation, feature demos, in-person/remote training sessions as well as ad hoc 1:1 support.
  • Passion for emerging technologies in generative and predictive AI and their application in Marketing workloads. Experience in building Agents in Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms.
  • Evidence of continual professional development across common Martech platforms. Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant/Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator, 6sense Fundamentals/Demandbase ABX, Salesforce Trailblazer rank is highly valued.

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of Marketing Operations experience in an ABM environment
  • Demonstrates high performance characteristics: strong communication, creative problem solving, and presentation skills
  • Ability to gain support of ideas and deliver complex analysis in simple language
  • Ability to develop relationships across marketing, sales, product, and other internal partners
  • Advanced experience in managing Martech stack
  • Can easily adopt and maximize the use of new tools, train others, and develop processes associated with the sales and marketing team workflows
  • Proven track record in building and successfully implementing an account-based marketing strategy
  • Proven track record of transforming work processes via agentic workflows
