Seeking a meticulous Quality Tech to work with the quality team in a crucial role to ensure the quality of our products by performing various testing and inspection processes, and other duties as assigned.

Operate and perform duties under ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Develop and Maintain inspection reports.

Ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.

Perform inspections across all stages of production.

Prepare and maintain test data for reveiw.

Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing specifications.

Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.

Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.

Complete Quality NCMR notices on nonconforming parts and list in tracking log.

Other duties as assigned.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the orgranization. Utliizes basic mathematical skills to figure heights and measurements. Have a through understanding of batch record information and using basic mathematical skills, records and prepares accurate and complete informaiton. Calculate filling and torque requirements using basic math skills. Demostrated ability to analyze and interpret information. Able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Excellent organizations skills. Solid understanding of test equipment.
