Overview

ERMCO is looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven ERP Systems Analyst to join our Materials team. In this key role, you will serve as a hands-on ERP system owner and subject matter expert, overseeing the configuration, administration, and optimization of master data governance within our ERP system (Infor LN). This position supports item creation, supplier validation, routings, BOM accuracy, and inventory parameters—helping ensure data integrity, system stability, and effective end-to-end supply chain execution. This role blends ERP expertise with strong analytical skills and business acumen to keep our operations running efficiently and our standards consistently high. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working inside an ERP system – adjusting settings, improving processes, building reports, and enabling the business through better system utilization.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

ERP System Administration & Ownership

· Administer, configure, and maintain the Infor LN system, specifically to Materials & Supply Chain needs, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

· Serve as a functional ERP subject matter expert and super user supporting supply chain and material processes.

· Manage system settings, workflows, user access, permission, roles, and security policies.

· Support ERP upgrades, testing, module enhancements, and large-scale system changes impacting supply chain processes.

Master Data & Process Enablement

· Lead Master Data Governance and support critical supply chain and material functions within the ERP system (Infor LN).

· Manage and support part setups, approval workflows, planning readiness, warehouse configuration, and inventory parameters to develop and maintain system documentation.

· Develop and monitor KPIs related to supplier performance, procurement, planning/scheduling, warehousing, and inventory.

· Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, materials, and finance to ensure ERP configurations, and inventory parameters; ensure consistency and accuracy across the system.

Reporting, Analytics & PowerBI

· Identify, evaluate, and maintain supplier data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Develop, enhance, and maintain ERP-based reports and Power BI dashboards supporting supply chain, inventory, planning, and supplier performance KPIs

· Validate data sources, ensure reporting accuracy, and support data-driven decision making.

· Identify opportunities to expand analytics capabilities and improve visibility through better system reporting.

Continuous Improvement & Integration

· Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize supply chain processes through improved ERP configuration, automation, and system utilization

· Support integrations between Infor LN and third-party systems impacting supply chain and materials operations.

· Apply analytical and structured problem-solving techniques to resolve system and process issues.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement, planning, inventory management, and materials processes.

User Support & Enablement

· Provide ERP training, support, and coaching to end users to improve adoption and system utilization.

· Act as a liaison between business users and IT to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and translate needs into system solutions.

· Support ERP-enabled procurement and materials processes including issue resolution and policy compliance, with a focus on system effectiveness rather than transaction execution.

· Support the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle.

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· Strong hands-on experience working with ERP systems – configuration, administration, and optimization.

· Strong understanding of supply chain principles, procurement practices, and supplier relations within a manufacturing setting.

· Experience to ensure knowledge and understanding of ERP (Infor LN) business system and applications related to planning, automation, analytics.

· Experience building or supporting dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.

· Analytical mindset with experience in cost analysis and forecasting.

· Proficient with sourcing tools, ERP/procurement systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with 8D or 5 Why analysis is a plus.

· Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.

· Strong interpersonal skills—you naturally build trust with teams at all levels in the organization.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment both independently as well as within a team environment with experience supporting a large user community.

· Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
