As a CapEx Project Manager you will oversee end-to-end project management, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery while maintaining clear communication and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage the full project lifecycle end to end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met
• Collaborate with and manage vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Plan and track resources, time, and budgets effectively
• Act as the key link between Production, QA, R&D, Safety, and Finance
• Make informed decisions to keep projects moving smoothly
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain clear, concise reporting

• Solid understanding of how projects run from scope to execution, with hands-on experience managing at least 1-2 CapEx projects
• Ability to dive into technical details while keeping the bigger picture in mind
• Clear and confident communicator who knows how to navigate across teams, connect the dots, and push things forward
• Skilled in risk management, with the ability to anticipate roadblocks and act quickly
• Sharp prioritization and time management skills to keep things moving efficiently
• Familiarity with supplier networks in the power industry is a plus
• Comfortable working in regulated environments, experience with food safety standards and ATEX compliance is a plus
