About The Role: 

We are seeking a B2B SaaS Sales Enablement and Marketing Lead to join our fast-growing team. As a Sales Enablement and Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that empower our sales teams, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence. As an early member of our fast growing marketing team, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to other areas of marketing, such as owned media, paid media and digital marketing. Flexibility and the ability to jump in wherever necessary is imperative in this role

What You’ll Do: 

  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to drive successful engagements throughout the sales cycle in order to improve conversion and velocity. 
  • Sales Training and Onboarding: Create and deliver sales training programs that align with the company's product offerings, industry trends, and buyer personas. Ensure new sales hires receive proper onboarding to accelerate their productivity and efficiency.
  • Sales Collateral and Content: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, demos and other relevant materials that resonate with prospects and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies. Use this information to position our SaaS offerings effectively and differentiate from competitors in the market.
  • General Marketing Initiatives: Be open to learning and jumping in where necessary on general marketing activities. This may include assisting on campaigns, supporting owned media channels such as LinkedIn and Email and assisting with paid media/SEO. 
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Work closely with customer success teams to understand customer needs, pain points, and challenges. Use this information to refine the customer journey and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research and Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor developments, and customer preferences to inform product and marketing strategies.

Relevant Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement and marketing.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce.com, Vidyard, ZoomInfo, Gong, Salesloft, Airtable, HubSpot and more. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales enablement strategies.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle, customer journey and how to improve opportunity conversion and velocity
  • Climate industry / sustainability and/or food industry experience preferred

  • Strong project management skills, able to balance multiple needs at once, with process-orientation and high attention to detail

How we’ll take care of you: 

  • $110-$130K with equity

  • Our remote team gathers several times a year to enjoy each others’ company. Team members located in the same area have the option to co-work in the same location (typically once a week to once a month).
