We're looking for a passionate and process-driven leader to grow our inside sales function growing Plug’s network of automotive dealerships actively using Trade Desk. You’ll play a critical role in creating scalable processes, mentoring a growing sales team, and closing deals that move the business forward.
Base Compensation: $120,000 USD
Incentive Compensation: $95,000 USD (team quota based)

What You’ll Do:- Shape Plug’s overall go-to-market strategy as a key member of the leadership team.
- Build dealership outreach playbooks, systems, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- Manage sales processes, lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and CRM best practices.
- Foster a culture of positivity, urgency, accountability and data integrity.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Mentor the sales team on effective outreach and pipeline management.
- Monitor performance, coach in real-time, lead daily stand-ups, deal reviews, and 1:1s.
- Optimize outbound strategy and conversions through management and systems design.
- Report on sales performance, forecasting, and operational insights to the CEO.
- Present data-driven performance summaries and business cases to the executive team.
- At least five years of experience in B2B inside sales.
- At least two years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Track record of scaling a sales function at a high-growth startup.
- Strong command of sales tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Aircall, Clay, etc.).
- Exceptional coaching, performance management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a love for KPIs and performance data.
- Concise communicator with a bias for data-driven arguments.
- Process-first mindset with the ability to maintain structure in a dynamic environment.
- Thrives in high-velocity, ever-changing work environments.
- Automotive industry experience, specifically selling to dealers is a plus, but not required.
