We’re looking for a hands-on, systems-savvy Senior Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale the core GTM infrastructure that powers sales, marketing, and overall business execution at Plug. You’ll be the go-to owner of HubSpot and our GTM systems stack, directly supporting reporting, team enablement, and strategy across the company. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and knows how to roll up their sleeves and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end RevOps across the full go-to-market motion for an online business that facilitates buying and selling of EVs in the physical world.
  • Design, configure, and maintain our HubSpot instance (must be the in-platform expert).
  • Build scalable GTM infrastructure supporting lead flow, attribution, lifecycle stages, routing, and automation.
  • Partner with leadership to define KPIs, build dashboards, and surface insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner with Plug’s CTO and Engineering team, ensuring harmony of data between all of Plug’s databases and systems.
  • Establish a source of truth across teams by owning CRM hygiene, data integrity, and system compliance.
  • Proactively diagnose friction across the funnel and implement creative, scalable solutions.
  • Support the execution of campaigns and initiatives across sales and marketing teams.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across GTM functions, ensuring alignment and visibility from first touch to closed deal and beyond.
  • Evaluate and manage GTM tooling needs (e.g., enrichment, outbound automation, integrations).
  • Act as a strategic thought partner while executing tactically; you’re both the architect and the builder.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, or MarketingOps, with direct ownership of HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated experience at an early-stage, high-growth startup (must have managed RevOps holistically, not just in a silo).
  • Strategic thinker with the tactical expertise to implement and troubleshoot in real time.
  • Exceptional communication skills; you can explain complex systems and data clearly to any stakeholder.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system design.
  • Deep experience with GTM reporting, funnel analytics, attribution modeling, and performance tracking.
  • Experience working in companies with atypical or evolving business models (a plus).
  • A bias for clarity, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership end-to-end, and love building from zero.

Base Compensation: $135,000 + equity
