ABOUT THE ROLE

Power Factors is seeking a dynamic and experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our IT department team. As the NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite environment and ensuring seamless operations for internal users across global offices. Your role involves building strong relationships through communication, problem-solving, and timely resolutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related needs within the company, spanning various functional areas with a focus on manufacturing.
    • Contribute to NetSuite-related projects, including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and various initiatives.
    • Innovate and implement creative business solutions to enhance the company’s methodologies and execution across different NetSuite modules.
    • Educate internal stakeholders on NetSuite best practices, tailored to their specific business processes.
    • Take charge of NetSuite customizations, configurations, integrations, and data migrations to ensure seamless system functionality.
    • Generate Workflows, Dashboards, Saved Searches, and relevant reports to optimize system performance.
    • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert within the NetSuite ecosystem, providing comprehensive knowledge to colleagues and clients.
    • Strategically plan, manage, and communicate the progress of your work stream, ensuring project milestones are met.
    • Document business/application requirements and compile meeting notes to support project objectives and timelines.
    • Independently manage multiple projects and handle complex client requests.
    • Maintain instance and data security best practices.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

    • Over 6 years of experience in NetSuite implementation and consulting, with a focus on manufacturing and MRP
    • Holds NetSuite Application and Consulting Certification(s) to demonstrate expertise.
    • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle NetSuite implementations and familiarity with SuiteSuccess processes.
    • Deep understanding of business processes across industries, enabling tailored NetSuite solutions.
    • Proficiency in key NetSuite processes like Order to Cash, Record to Report, Design to Build, Lead to Quote, Procure to Pay, and Advanced Projects.
    • Skilled in data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations within NetSuite applications.
    • Recognized as a subject matter expert, contributing to thought leadership in the industry.
    • Adaptable to new requirements and changing professional landscapes.
    • Ability to drive positive change in clients’ business operations and facilitate change management processes.
    • Bachelor’s degree.
