ABOUT THE ROLE
The Global HR Operations plays a critical role in aligning HR operational excellence with the company’s strategic objectives. This role is responsible for managing HR processes across multiple regions, ensuring seamless, efficient, and compliant operations that support a diverse, international workforce. The ideal candidate has a strong HR operations background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead process improvements and implement solutions that enhance the employee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage core HR operations globally, including employee data management, HR compliance, policies, procedures, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Identify and optimize systems to enable and ensure transparency in our processes, and accountable for data accuracy across all systems
- Manage and continuously improve HRIS and other HR systems, optimizing workflows to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency, the HR teams’ processes, data usage,
- Ensure HR operations meet global compliance standards and labor regulations across regions; collaborate with legal teams to manage compliance and mitigate risk.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee transfers, and exits, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
- Generate and analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and reporting on workforce trends, employee engagement, and HR operations metrics.
- Assists in the preparation of reports, graphs, and presentations using spreadsheet and graphic software utilizing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other applications as required
- Responsible to coordinate annual processes in terms of external & internal audits
- Ensure Compliance related to Onboarding, Life cycle & Off boarding processes per country regulatory changes, local legislation & Data Privacy regulations for covered sites
- Lead or support global HR projects, such as benefits coordination, and process standardization across different regions, and payroll support.
- Partner with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, to drive initiatives that support the company's growth and workforce strategy.
- Develop and implement best practices in HR operations, ensuring high levels of efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a global role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and process optimization.
- Proven experience with global HR compliance, employee data management, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
