About the role
We are looking for a strategic thinker and executor to join our Business Engagement & Sales team as a Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager will build and nurture strategic partnerships to drive sales pipeline development and revenue across all regions - Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will be an integral part of continuing to develop our partnership program end-to-end, including marketing to and enablement of our strategic partners (Accenture, Workday, Kainos, and more) . The Partnership Manager will also have scope and opportunity to identify and establish new partners that bring value to Pulsora. The ideal candidate has experience driving revenue through partnership programs, loves building and nurturing relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy in alignment with Pulsora’s business objectives and growth plans; starting with our existing partners
Cultivate deep relationships with partners, optimize partner performance through business reviews, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue and deploy a joint sales approach and value proposition
Opportunity to identify, develop, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders in the ESG ecosystem; articulate Pulsora’s value proposition and benefits of a partnership
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including terms and conditions and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless implementation and integration of alliance’s into Pulsora’s overall business strategy
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team
Represent Pulsora at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and foster new alliance opportunities
Stay informed about the regulatory landscape and industry best practices related to ESG, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations
Identify and expand partner-product feedback loops to streamline information gathering and sharing
About You:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, environmental sciences, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, partnerships or business development
Experience tying partnership motions to specific revenue goals and driving the sales cycle
Strong business acumen, highly analytical and data-driven, with experience in developing and managing partnership performance metrics, sales strategies and operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives at partner companies
You are able to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment - you move quickly, think strategically, identify opportunities, and excel at tactical execution.
You are a self-starter who can work on multiple projects with many stakeholders at the same time. You take ownership, sweat the details and see projects through to the end with little/no support needed.
Understanding of the ESG landscape, including knowledge of relevant data providers, industry standards, and best practices is preferred
