Rail Vision is a multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra'anana. We utilize the latest Artificial Intelligence and Electro-Optics technologies and develop life-saving vision systems for the global railway market.

We are seeking a Director of Operations. As the Director of Operations you will lead all operational functions, including Production/Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Import & Export & Facilities management. You will also drive productivity, supplier & vendor certification, and cost reduction activity, ensuring the operation achieves the company KPI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the operational strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficient production planning and achievement of budgeted output.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee procurement, stock, WIP, packing, import & export activity
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing operational team.
• Ensure effective supply chain process

• Academic degree – required
• Extensive senior operations leadership.
• Strong background in supply chain management .
• Native-level Hebrew and high-level English proficiency
• Commercially experience , strategically minded and operationally hands-on.
• Inspirational leadership style with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong planning, data analysis, and IT skills.
• Proven track record in Multidisciplinary Products-Preferred
