Description
Rail Vision is a multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra'anana. We utilize the latest Artificial Intelligence and Electro Optics technologies and develop lifesaving, vision systems for the global railway market.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, coordinate cross-departmental marketing initiatives, and work closely with our Sales and Business Development teams.
You will also manage the planning and delivery of company conferences, trade shows, and key global events.
This position reports directly to the VP of Business Development & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage company participation in conferences, trade shows, and major corporate events.
- Develop and execute PR and IR (Investor Relations) strategies and campaigns.
- Manage external suppliers and agencies supporting branding, creative, and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to product marketing activities, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market support.
- Oversee management of the company website and social media channels.
- Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution and performance analysis.
- Handle inbound leads and coordinate with Sales for timely follow-up.
- Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the HR team to strengthen the company’s talent brand.
- Provide ongoing marketing support to internal departments as needed.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of the rail market and competitive environment using open-source information.
- Develop annual strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals, revenue targets, and lead-generation objectives.
Requirements
- B.A. in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5- 7 years of marketing experience within international, B2B, high-tech companies - must.
- Proven experience planning and organizing international conferences and trade shows - must.
- Experience working with U.S. traded companies - must.
- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive business growth and lead generation.
- Proficiency with online marketing tools (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and experience with content management systems; strong understanding of digital channels and content best practices.
- A collaborative team player with strong integrity and transparency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident, articulate, and representative.
- A proactive “can-do” attitude with the ability to overcome challenges and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent English skills- reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
