Enverus is a leading energy SaaS company that provides highly technical insights and predictive/prescriptive analytics to empower customers to make informed decisions that increase profit.
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to help transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with data visualization, and proficiency in BI tools to support business decision-making processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams to gather data, perform analysis, and generate reports to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to derive meaningful insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or CRM Analytics.
  • Create data models, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports to assist with business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Monitor key metrics and ensure the accuracy of reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in automating reporting processes and enhancing BI tools' efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure data governance and integrity across various systems and platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) working as a Data Analyst with hands-on experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, CRMA, or similar.
  • Fluent in SQL for querying databases.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization techniques.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with programming languages like Python is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment:

  • Second-shift hours to allow for some overlap with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
