Reunion helps clean energy projects, such as solar, wind, and battery storage, secure financing by selling transferable tax credits. Since launching Reunion’s clean energy marketplace in July 2023, we’ve facilitated over $4.5 billion in tax credit transfers and now list over $20 billion in available credits. Our team has led the clean energy finance space since 2006, having raised over $5 billion for top-tier projects backed by institutions like JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, D.E. Shaw, and Bank of America.

We recently launched Reunion PWA, a software solution that helps developers comply with prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) requirements to unlock the full value of clean energy tax credits. Reunion PWA is rapidly gaining traction in the market, and we’re growing our team to accelerate adoption.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Reunion, you will lead the charge in growing the adoption of Reunion PWA. You’ll work directly with clean energy developers, EPCs, and project owners to help them understand how Reunion PWA can simplify regulatory compliance and preserve the full value of their tax credits. This is an opportunity to sell a category-defining software product in a fast-growing climate market.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for Reunion PWA, from initial outreach through contract signature

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across solar, wind, battery storage, and other renewable technology developers

  • Deliver compelling product demos and guide stakeholders through technical and compliance-related questions

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer onboarding

  • Inform pricing, packaging, and messaging strategies based on customer feedback and market dynamics

  • Meet or exceed quota targets while maintaining high deal quality and customer fit

  • Represent Reunion at conferences, webinars, and other industry events as needed

  • Contribute to sales playbooks, CRM hygiene, and forecasting processes as we scale

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS products, with a strong track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment

  • Comfort discussing regulatory compliance, financial products, or technical subject matter with customers

  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting

  • Passion for clean energy, climate tech, or mission-driven software

Nice to Haves

  • Experience selling into the renewable energy, construction, or compliance sectors

  • Familiarity with IRA tax credit programs and prevailing wage requirements

  • Background working in or with early-stage startups

  • Exposure to channel sales, partnerships, or go-to-market experimentation
