About Reunion

Reunion is the leading platform for clean energy tax credits. Since 2024, we have worked with major corporations to invest over $5 billion in clean energy projects, including some of the industry's largest tax credit transactions. We are a fast-growing and profitable company; our expert 20-person team knows how to get things done!

Our founders, Billy Lee and Andy Moon, are second-time entrepreneurs and were early pioneers in solar tax equity and project finance. We have recruited an experienced team of early executives from SunEdison, SolarCity, Tesla, GoodLeap, and other leading clean energy companies. We have built a strong company culture which values collaboration and speed… while still having fun.

We look for curious, smart, and kind colleagues with an entrepreneurial streak (we have quite a few ex-entrepreneurs on our team). Reunion is a great place to learn from clean energy finance experts, while playing a critical role in financing clean energy projects such as battery storage, nuclear, manufacturing, solar, and wind.

About the role

As we scale rapidly to meet demand, we’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Chief of Staff to help us lead high-impact transactions, expand sales operations, and uncover new growth opportunities through partnerships. Supercharge Sales & Revenue Operations

  • Design and optimize our sales playbook, with input from key team members

  • Build and scale internal systems that accelerate our ability to prioritize customers and drive execution

  • Develop metrics and dashboards to improve visibility and accountability across the sales funnel.

Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Identify and launch new growth channels through partnerships, content, and other strategies

  • Collaborate with Reunion founders and leadership team to identify and plan new product offerings

  • Collaborate with the leadership team on annual planning, investor reporting, and key growth milestones.

What you’ll need

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment such as a clean energy developer, financial institution, consulting, or a fast-growing startup

  • Proven track record leading complex transactions, with the ability to get into the details and also see the big picture

  • A track record of accomplishment in early-stage or entrepreneurial settings

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort using technology and other hacks to get a lot done with limited resources

  • NOTE: Reunion is an equal opportunity employer. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't line up exactly with the job description
