Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance technicians; provide training and skill development
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Ensure high equipment uptime through downtime analysis and continuous improvement
• Manage CMMS, work orders, and maintenance records
• Plan and support equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvements
• Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and operating costs
• Partner with Production and Quality to ensure equipment availability and product quality
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and ISO / IATF standards
• Support Lean initiatives and cost-reduction efforts

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance experience in plastic injection molding
• 6+ years in a maintenance leadership role
• Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Able to read schematics, blueprints, and PLC ladder logic
• Proven leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
