Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Accountant to join a stable, growth-focused organization within the manufacturing space. This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure to operations, leadership, and an upcoming ERP implementation—ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes and making a direct impact.

This position is an individual contributor role within the Accounting/Finance team and offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while gaining deep visibility into manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own month-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Track and analyze inventory costs
• Perform variance analysis across operations and financials
• Support percentage-of-completion (POC) revenue recognition
• Manage sales tax compliance
• Assist with audit preparation and support
• Participate in ERP system implementation and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing environment required)
• Strong experience with:
• Month-end close ownership
• Inventory costing and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• POC revenue recognition exposure
• Experience working within ERP systems and General Ledger environments

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP implementation experience
• Cost accounting background
• Sales tax experience
• Project accounting exposure
• Audit support experience
