Aegis is seeking a financial controller to join our client's organization. This is a direct hire ONSITE position with a company located in St. Charles, IL. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Experienced in the manufacturing
• Ideally 5+ years of hands-on management experience of a small team – this person will have 3 direct reports, AP, AR and a Payroll/HR person
• Journal entries and closing the books each month (3-days close)
• Proficient in Cost Accounting

• CPA
• Payroll experience
• Experience implementing a new ERP system (Epicor)
