We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing industrial automation and controls company supporting major manufacturers in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. This is a high-impact role supporting a large pharmaceutical client during a major expansion phase.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing multiple automation and controls projects simultaneously
- Leading project planning, timelines, budgets, and execution
- Acting as the primary customer-facing contact for a major pharmaceutical client
- Managing and directing on-site engineering resources
- Providing reporting, risk analysis, and project updates to leadership and customers
- Supporting automation-focused manufacturing environments involving PLCs, HMIs, robotics, sensors, and industrial systems
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of project management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Experience within FDA-regulated industries preferred (pharmaceutical, food/beverage, or chemical)
- Engineering or technical background strongly preferred
- Familiarity with automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, robotics, or related controls technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with customers and leadership
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- PMP certification
- Experience with SCADA/HMI systems or PLC/PAC integration
- ERP software experience (Deltek preferred)
- Familiarity with Autodesk or UL508A standards
