Aegis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our client's organization. This position is remote with travel required throughout the territory (Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and North Dakota). The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years in outside B2B sales
• Coatings experience strongly preferred — any related industry experience also considered (chemical pretreat, liquid paint, equipment sales to powder coaters, or similar manufacturing sales)
• Must be comfortable calling on C-Suite, Plant Managers, Engineering Managers, and day-to-day contacts (purchasing, estimators, engineers)
• Experience managing existing accounts and also cold calling for new business.
• CRM management experience

Plus Haves:

• Coatings industry experience (powder coatings, liquid paint, chemical pretreat, or related)
• SAP experience
• Strong working knowledge of powder coatings
