River Media Studio is looking for a skilled Videographer to help build and grow our YouTube channel. You’ll be behind the lens, capturing visuals that shape the brand narrative. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team creating episodic, long-form, and standalone films for a community of independent makers, solopreneurs, and multitaskers.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production – Capture quality video content with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and movement Concept Development & Collaboration – Work alongside media and social teams to shape ideas, refine storyboards, and bring concepts to life Content Creation – Film and produce sharp, engaging visuals for both long-form and short-form content, keeping River’s brand voice crisp and consistent Operations & Equipment Management – Handle, maintain, and prep cameras, drones, audio, and lighting equipment to ensure seamless shoots Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of the curve with fresh ideas, production techniques, and be in sync with evolving trends Ideal Candidate
You’re a videographer with a keen eye for visual storytelling, bringing both commercial and editorial filmmaking expertise to the table You’re a highly motivated individual who takes ownership of their work and is familiar with editing tools With 3-5 years of experience, you have a strong command of cameras, lenses, and lighting You thrive in both independent and collaborative environments A solid understanding of colour grading, sound, and post-production is a plus Experience with drone operation would be an added advantage.
