Key Responsibilities

• We are looking for a component Engineer who can develop a risk-based test strategy, plan test procedures and author test cases based on PRD, Field Failures and DFMEA documents
• Can develop and Maintain Validation Test Plan for subsystems (like DC-DC, wiring harness, peripherals, VCU, lamps)
• Can provide expertise in Functionality, Safety and regulatory compliance
• Who can prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
• Can collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, component owners, product and quality assurance to define test plans and acceptance criteria
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• B.E / B.Tech in EEE/ECE
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the validation/testing environment
• Proficient in developing detailed validation plans & reports based on functional and regulatory requirements
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of testing and failure identification
• Develop test setups, select instrumentation, and ensure accurate data acquisition using tools such as PCAN, LabVIEW, or NI DAQ
• Expertise in identifying risks in the component and feeding them to the CFTs and also suggest mitigation plans
• Document all test results and prepare detailed technical reports for internal and external team reviews
