Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Electrical Aggregates like Digital Circuit, PMSM, Battery Management System, SMT Process, Analog Circuit, VCU, and lightings (HL/ TL/ Blinkers) - Field Failure & Improvements
• Handling & Coordinating complete field failure & field upgradation activities with the service team & Dealer team
• Daily monitoring of field complaints and action effectiveness
• Carry out joint investigation in the field along with the CFT team to arrive at the root cause
• Shall have awareness of PFMEA, DFMEA, PPAP and Core quality tools
• Responsible for reduction in FF for 3 MIS, 6 MIS, 12 MIS to reduce the warranty failure by resolving the top contributors' concerns in the field
• Coordination & follow up with respective stakeholders for CAPA implementation & monitoring action effectiveness to achieve quality goals
• Experience in supplier process & product audit towards field failure
• Responsible for speedy & timely completion of emerging concerns and immobilization concerns
• Responsible for verifying the supplier CAPA & monitoring the action effectiveness

Ideal Candidate

• BE/ B.Tech - Electrical with 5~7 Years of experience in Auto Industry (Preferably OEM- 2W, 4W)
• In depth knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and problem solving techniques
• Should have sound knowledge of Part development process/ Supplier Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of parts inspection and usage of measuring equipment
• Should have knowledge of part qualification based on Design verification
• Should have knowledge of quality assurance practice and procedures
