Role Summary
In this position, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining our service strategic initiatives, program managing with precision, and communicating business objectives and customer requirements across the organization. You will have the right level of experience to integrate yourself into the organization quickly and identify barriers that are preventing effective operational performance by serving as an integrator, communicator, and driver of program performance. You will lead the successful execution of one or more programs by creating the program strategy and benefits and ensuring that each project has the appropriate controls to support the program objectives and the needs of the customer. You will understand the customer's perspective, communicate effectively, and gain customer trust by continually meeting commitments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Project or Program Management, with experience in executive-level internal and external reporting and interdepartmental collaboration. The opening will be located at a Rivian facility and reports directly to the Sr. Manager Strategic Partnerships & Global Expansion Programs.
Responsibilities

- Assumes end-to-end accountability for single or multiple concurrent projects \n
- \nExecutes successful operationalization of key service initiatives
- (International go-to-market and Service launch for major commercial customers)
\n - Develops cross-functional strategic plans with objectives that measure up to companywide goals \n
- Defines the program roadmap, controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program \n
- Delivers robust and standard project tracking that supports clear status on financials, schedules, and resources \n
- Manages the risks and issues that arise over the course of the program life cycle and take measures to correct them \n
- Documents, maintains, tracks, and reports contract/service level agreements requirements and metrics \n
- Ensures Voice of Customer is heard, understood, and drives decision making \n
- Generates progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization \n
- Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the position \n
Qualifications
- \n
- 3+ years of experience in Program/Project Management \n
- Experience in Automotive, Tier 1, OEM, or technical field preferred \n
- Bachelors (Masters Preferred) with emphasis in Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline \n
- Must be able to deliver internal and external updates with exceptional business acumen \n
- Large toolkit of Program/Project Management Tools \n
- Experience in product/project/program lifecycle management, supply chain operations and logistics \n
- Exceptional communication, and relationship skills to ensure the highest levels of customer experience \n
- Superior problem solving, and change management skills to proactively ensure risk mitigation \n
- Notable negotiation and stakeholder management skills to drive influence-based decision making \n
- Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail \n
- Willingness to travel internationally 20% \n
- Ability to sit or stand for 8-12 hours per day \n
- Required to communicate using telephone and/or email \n
- Ability to view, read, and interpret documents \n
- Ability to perform all duties in an office environment that may contain ambient noise and temperature fluctuations \n
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range for New York Based Applicants: $130,000 to $150,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
