We seek an experienced Staff Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC) within the Enterprise Cybersecurity team. As a CSOC Analyst, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding our information and operational technology systems' confidentiality, integrity, availability, and safety. Your analytical skills and ability to identify and respond to security threats in real-time will be highly valued and vital to our team's success. You'll work collaboratively with other experts in the CSOC team and contribute to enhancing our security posture by sharing your well-versed knowledge in cybersecurity processes and technology. We're eager to welcome a dedicated, passionate, and skilled candidate to our team.

• Serve as an essential member of the CSOC shift schedule, actively monitoring security events during designated shifts.
• Lead the CSOC in identifying, analyzing, mitigating, and responding to cybersecurity events and alerts.
• Develop, test, implement, and maintain CSOC playbooks and CSOC supporting technology.
• Support CSOC handoff and escalations to Cybersecurity Incident Response.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and integrate this knowledge into the organization's cybersecurity program.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and policies based on the current threat landscape and lessons learned from incidents.

• Experience with CSOC technologies like Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, cloud email security and protection, and endpoint detection and response platforms.
• Proficiency in analyzing security events, logs, and alerts from diverse sources like networks, servers, and applications.
• Practical understanding of common attacks, how they work, and how to detect and prevent them.
• Experience with Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), cloud security posture management tools, and cloud workload protection platforms.
• Familiarity with designing, implementing, and maintaining CSOC playbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Experience programming in Python, Golang, PowerShell, or other relevant scripting and programming languages to support automation.
• Familiarity with major operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and their security features.
• Experience documenting, socializing, and operationalizing technology and processes.
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple teams to build cross-functional relationships and working with numerous members with various levels of technical expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
