Role Summary

As a Manager, Growth Marketing - Demand, you will play a critical role in driving customer demand and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Rivian's electric vehicle lineup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and develop data-driven campaigns to maximize brand visibility and customer acquisition. 


Responsibilities

  • Focus on customer relationships and put them at the heart of the strategy with a long-term perspective. 
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing programs across digital platforms, social media, email marketing, events, and other relevant channels. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop communication journeys that support business needs and maintain customer experience. 
  • Continuously improve marketing initiatives through brainstorming, testing, and implementing new strategies. 
  • Solve customer and business problems through creative problem-solving and solutioning. 
  • Write compelling briefs for email campaigns and programs. 
  • Understand marketing automation tools, and work with marketing operations to create, execute, and measure campaigns. 
  • Build campaigns and journeys to acquire and nurture customers at various stages through purchase. 
  • Ensure accuracy and timely deployment of emails through QA processes. 
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Voice of Customer to develop compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives. 

Qualifications

  • Experience with building omni-channel strategies, architecting journeys, developing compelling email, SMS, and push marketing programs, with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its suite of tools. 
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead acquisition. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing. 
  • Proven experience in email marketing and channel communications management. 
  • Data-oriented and strong understanding of segmentation. 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask. 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proven track record of highly effective collaboration. 
  • Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability improvements, and CAN-SPAM compliance. 
  • High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment. 
  • Proven ability to manage projects autonomously, with minimal direction, while collaborating with the right cross-functional teams. 
  • A deep desire to make the world a better place. 

 


Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $135,000 - $155,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

 

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
