Role Summary
Rivian’s Indirect Procurement team is looking for a Purchasing Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Procure-to-Pay process and creating the necessary visibility to stakeholders the team supports. A successful candidate is familiar with basic purchasing and accounting fundamentals and capable of following thinking outside the box to meet a growing list of challenges.
Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation of purchase orders for various departments \n
- Process orders using an ERP purchasing system (SAP) \n
- Assist in the creation of change orders and purchase order maintenance \n
- Help maintain compliance with Procurement Policies and Procedures \n
- Assist in managing the Purchasing department implementing more effective purchasing procedures for internal forms, equipment, and telecommunications \n
- Create and maintain reports to provide visibility to upper management on various topics and issues \n
- Maintain a high level of customer service with cross functional departments \n
- Operate a helpdesk for stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teammates \n
- Other duties as assigned \n
- You will be working EST hours, from 1PM to 9PM Serbian time \n
Qualifications
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience \n
- 1-3 years of relevant Supply Chain or Purchasing Experience \n
- Experience with ERP systems and purchase order processing – SAP preferred \n
- Able to work independently with little instruction and can adapt to change \n
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details and deadlines \n
- Able to work well with others in a team environment \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office \n
- Familiarity with Tableau is a plus \n
- Effective communication skills and customer service approach \n
- Action-oriented and solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment \n
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented \n
