Role Summary

The Regional Field Partner is a high-impact cross-functional role that integrates the program development and field operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience with our field service teams. Our approach to service strives to be as innovative as the vehicles we produce.

In this role, you will partner closely with areas of the business that include Field Operations, Service Parts, Service Engineering/Quality, Service Support, Mobile Service, Roadside, Delivery, and Digital Products. The objective is that you become the subject matter expert on what resources are available to each of Rivian’s Service Centers and partner with them to bring feedback to the teams building these programs. You will regularly engage and capture areas of improvement with each of our service locations to ensure that our field teams have the support they need and that the resources put in place achieve the maximum impact.

You will be required to travel regularly throughout your region in North America to ensure that our service field teams are poised for success and ready to deliver superior customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Understand the ‘why’ behind each program strategy developed while simultaneously keeping an open mind to the reality in the field and using this information to train and coach within your region at service locations
  • Ability to be supportive and available to your region, capturing adoption of programs and offering instant coaching with your deep understanding of the programs available to the field
  • Above average communication and organizational skills, both in person and with documentation for filed wide distribution
  • Able to identify gaps in knowledge by observing and a desire to engage and coach with a goal of continuous improvement
  • Partner with your leader, field teams and numerous program leads to share information from the field to improve processes
  • Ability to educate your team members with the most up to date and often technical knowledge
  • Stay agile to adjust focus as the business needs

Qualifications

  • Willing to travel up to 75% of the time within your region as well as to other offices as needed
  • 3+ years of program/project management experience
  • Automotive, teaching, or coaching background
  • Extensive experience documenting process and changes in process with the ability to communicate this at all levels
  • Capable of building trust with a focus on problem solving while adhering to set standards and operating procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Success in team environments, able to demonstrate accountability while interacting with many stakeholders
  • Ability to be empathetic in nature with a passion for acquiring and sharing knowledge

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Washington Based Applicants:$ 87,300- $109,100 annually (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
