Role Summary
Rivian is looking for a highly motivated Workplace Operations Coordinator to support Workplace Operations and Facilities services at Rivian’s Serbia office and lab spaces. This individual will be responsible for supporting site operations, maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships and assisting with multiple projects from space programming to commissioning facilities and various operations projects.
Responsibilities
Coordinating day to day workplace site operations. This includes external vendor management, overseeing the daily cleaning, housekeeping and day porter activities and reassigning work orders promptly whilst maintaining excellent standards for our employees.
Reception and guest support, support with mail services, ordering of culinary supplies and stationery.
Regularly conduct space walkthroughs to ensure the highest quality of space cleanliness and organization. Plan and schedule proactive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the site.
Assist with workplace projects, this includes meeting with internal and external stakeholders to define scope and see projects through successful completion.
Continuously evaluate spaces and bring forward ideas on how to improve the spaces, services, processes, and programs to consistently align with company priorities and employee needs.
Perform other facility management operations as identified by your manager such as monitoring space allocations for employees, tracking weekly team changes and updating space management software accordingly.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Serbian
3+ years of experience in facilities management, and workplace services
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving/critical thinking skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time with a positive attitude with an endless drive for improving the workplace experience
A customer service-oriented personality who brings positive energy to the workplace
Fantastic communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills and an eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
Basic Google Suite abilities and proficiency in a range of information technology tools
