Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Employee Experience will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of centralized People Team services to the organization in a timely, fair, and consistent manner. This position will drive significant process improvements in People Team process workflows utilizing technology to provide exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations ensuring that workload is balanced among the team and services are being delivered in a timely manner to the business.
- Monitor performance indicators for quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Develop, implement and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that service delivery meets agreed upon standards in terms of quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness.
- Manage continuous improvement projects for operational effectiveness.
- Manage escalations and troubleshoot issues to resolve service gaps.
- Collaborate cross functionally to identify new and enhanced opportunities to streamline process flows using technology.
- Indentify & provide coaching, training and development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped to operate effectively supporting both current and future business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading HR projects.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with HR technologies, particularly ServiceNow and Workday, with a strong ability to leverage technology for process optimization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in HR best practices and technologies.
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range for Normal, IL based applicants: $117,000 - $147,000 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
