Role Summary
This role supports the broader Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) Engineering team by providing system, process, and technical program management to ensure the team's overall success. With a focus on delivering timely, high-impact results, you will manage complex workflows, lead change governance, and ensure continuous improvement across tools and team operations. Your ability to lead with influence, solve problems creatively, and align stakeholders will be key to the team's success and scalability.
Responsibilities
• Drive initiatives with a high degree of independence, judgment, and indirect leadership.
• Track, investigate, and communicate program timelines for SBOM deliverables.
• Support the SBOM team in meeting program milestones and ensuring timely completion.
• Lead Service Change Review Boards (SCRBs) for service parts and deviations, ensuring all
changes are properly followed up and approved.
• Oversee enhancements and issue resolution for Jira and Confluence workflows.
• Manage multiple Jira projects to ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables.
• Facilitate creative problem-solving and process development under tight timelines.
• Apply strong analytical skills to engage the right teams and solve complex issues.
• Lead cross-functional communication across key groups, including Service Operations,
Engineering, Legal & Regulatory, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality.
• Continuously define and evolve processes to meet changing business needs.
• Foster effective team collaboration and operational excellence as the team continues to scale.
• Develop and lead data analysis and visualization solutions using tableau/Hex; integrate multiple
data sources to deliver real-time, interactive dashboard for stakeholders to enhance decision-
making process.
Qualifications
• BS in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or similar technical degree required
• Master’s degree (Preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience with demonstrated leadership in Program Management, Service, Process
Development, Project Management
• Demonstrated leadership in cross functional team management
• Sense of ownership and tenacity to solve problems
• Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment
• Able to work efficiently under high amount of work/stress.
• Expertise in in Jira/Confluence
• Catia v6/ Enovia experience a plus.
• Background in coding language such as, python, SQL a plus
• Databricks/Hex experience a plus
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: 125K - 156K (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
