We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable features across various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, EC Pro, Workplace Service Delivery and Field Service Management.

• Lead Development: Drive the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and integrate cross-functional needs effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance existing solutions, recommending technical improvements to meet evolving business requirements.
• Architectural Guidance: Make critical architectural decisions that optimize scalability, performance, and platform governance.
• Problem Solving: Independently identify and resolve complex technical issues with creative and efficient solutions.
• Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, task priorities, and implementation complexities.
• Roadmap Contribution: Actively contribute to roadmap planning and ensure seamless integration with broader business initiatives.
• Mentorship: Mentor teammates and educate peers on best practices, platform functionality, and cross-platform dependencies.
• Integration Expertise: Implement ServiceNow integrations with enterprise monitoring tools, automate alerts, and manage applications using out-of-the-box plugins and API methods.
• Process Enhancement: Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, then recommend and drive new initiatives for improvement.

• 6-8 years of extensive experience and deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, with a primary focus on ITSM, HRSD, ITAM/CMDB, Service Portal/EC Pro, Workplace Service Delivery and Field Service Management.
• Familiarity with modern ServiceNow features, including App Engine Studio, UI Builder, App Engine Management Center, Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Service Graph Connectors and transform maps.
• Expertise in REST & MID Server based integrations.
• Proficient in comprehending, modifying, and creating ServiceNow server & client-side scripts (Glide Scripting).
• Strong understanding of Regex, XML, and JSON.
• Bachelor's degree or higher - an advanced degree in an IT related field or extensive experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in any two modules among ITSM, HRSD, CSM and FSM.
