Role Summary
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer with a "DevSecOps" mindset to join our Enterprise Cybersecurity team. You will play a vital role in security automation, responsible for hardening our IT and OT (Operational Technology) networks by replacing manual configurations with automated, repeatable workflows. This role will eliminate human error, accelerate response times, and ensure our critical infrastructure is secure by design.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline network security operations, from automated patching to secure configuration deployments.
- Develop and deploy secure configurations for IT/OT network devices using tools like Ansible, Terraform etc.
- Design and automate the enforcement of network security policies, firewall rules, and micro-segmentation across converged IT/OT environments.
- Create real-time security dashboards and automated reporting tools to provide instant visibility into our risk posture and system integrity.
- Proactively identify manual bottlenecks in our security stack and develop Python or Bash-based solutions to solve them.
- Manage and audit secure configurations at scale, ensuring all systems meet our standards through automated compliance checks.
- Support automation and process improvements in other domains of corporate cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity roles with primary focus on DevSecOps.
- Advanced proficiency in Python is a must. Proficiency in PowerShell or Bash is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible or Terraform in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking (Firewalls,switches & VPNs) and how to manage them via APIs or CLI automation.
- Experience with modern cybersecurity technologies and platforms, including but not limited to endpoint security, email security platforms, EDR, SOAR, and data lake tools.
- Ability to communicate security risk clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with network security fundamentals.
