• AI Engineering: Support development of AI-powered automation agents that integrate with cloud services, ticketing systems, and messaging platforms. Work with LLM APIs (Vertex AI, Bedrock), prompt engineering, and conversational AI pipelines.
  
• Internal Tooling Development: Contribute to full-stack internal applications for cloud access management and developer workflows. Work on CLI tools, database migrations, API development, and frontend features. Technologies: TypeScript, Python, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB/PostgreSQL.
• Cloud Infrastructure (GCP primary, AWS secondary): Lead GCP project automation via Terraform and Atlantis GitOps workflows, manage GCP IAM, org policies, service account provisioning, and API enablement. Support AWS operations including account management, IAM/SSO configuration, VPC networking, and DNS management (Route53) as needed.

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Programming experience in Python and/or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of Cloud Principles, AWS/GCP
• Familiarity with Linux and command-line tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code for GCP
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with GCP Workload Identity Federation and org-level policies
• Experience with Google Workspace APIs (Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
• Interest in AI/ML, particularly LLMs and conversational AI (Vertex AI, Gemini)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE)
• Basic AWS knowledge (IAM, S3, Lambda, VPC) is a plus
• Experience with REST APIs and web application development
