Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

  • Digital Transformation: Use AI-enabled tools to automate portions of data validation, exception triage, and reconciliation support and draft documentation and standard work for recurring activities.

6. Audit Support & Controls

  • Audit Defense: Support indirect tax audits and inquiries for jurisdictions within the Serbia scope by assembling schedules, reconciliations, return copies, and payment proof.

  • Standardization: Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Serbia-based indirect tax activities and cross-train peers to build redundancy and resilience.
