Position Type: Seasonal, Full-Time. About the Role: Lead a passionate team of canvassers to advance climate action in Evanston! As the Canvass Director, train, and manage a team of 4-10 canvassers to engage with communities, build grassroots support, and drive impactful campaigns. Responsibilities: Improve canvassing plans and outreach strategies. Train, supervise, motivate, and support a team of canvassers. Track team performance and ensure campaign goals are met. Door to door fundraising canvassing. Cultivate meaningful connections with community members. Qualifications: 2+ years of canvassing or campaign leadership experience. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Passion for climate and social justice. Compensation: Pay based on experience, $22-$27/hr.
