About the Role: Run On Climate is seeking a Communications and Development Director to lead, develop and implement our communications strategy, including the communications aspects of our development strategy and work. This role will oversee our growing digital team, expand our reach, and ensure that our message powerfully connects with communities, donors, and partners. The Communications Director will set and achieve ambitious but achievable growth goals, sharpen our public voice, and help integrate communications across organizing, policy, electoral, and fundraising work. Compensation: $24-32/hour, commensurate with experience, plus paid time off and healthcare benefits.
