About the role:
Be our first dedicated People hire and a driving force behind building Safi to outstanding results
Play a key role in developing and building Safi's culture & values to foster top results
Document, review, and own all of Safi's global people lifecycle processes; including joiners, movers, leavers, and performance + feedback processes
Support hiring managers with the end to end recruitment processes (by leading on candidate screening, sourcing, external agency management and team fit)
Lead on training initiatives to up-skill our teams where required
Organise socials and company events (in person and virtual) that promote collaboration and engagement to make us a stronger team that continues to deliver outstanding results
Ensure our office is the best place the Safi team can be in order to deliver outstanding results
Play an active role in driving Safi's DEI initiatives
Procure & keep track of company equipment to make sure our team has the best tools to do their jobs
Energetic and excellent vibes to be a key driver of company culture
Data driven and analytical
Experience in driving a relentless startup culture that fosters top results
